The updated schedule follows a new draw prompted by the withdrawal of Hoa Binh FC.
As a result, the first round will feature six matchups: Thanh niên Ho Chi Minh City vs. Bac Ninh, Khatoco Khanh Hoa vs. Long An, Quy Nhon United vs. Van Hien University, PVF-CAND Youth vs. Quang Ninh, Truong Tuoi Dong Nai vs. Ho Chi Minh City, and Dong Thap vs. Xuan Thien Phu Tho.
The season will be played in a double round-robin format, with 22 rounds and 132 matches. Kickoff is scheduled for September 19, 2025, with the season expected to conclude in June 2026.
