Vietnam’s Government Decree No. 235/2025/NĐ-CP, amending and supplementing Decree No. 45/2012/NĐ-CP on industrial promotion, takes effect today, introducing significant changes to broaden policy beneficiaries, promote sustainability, and accelerate digital transformation in the industrial sector.
