(GLO) – According to Decree 238/2025/NĐ-CP on tuition policies, exemptions, reductions, tuition support, study cost support, and service fees in the field of education and training, issued by the Government on September 3, 2025, there are 14 groups eligible for tuition exemption.

On behalf of the Politburo, on August 22, 2025, Party General Secretary To Lam signed and promulgated the Politburo’s Resolution on breakthroughs in education and training development (Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW).

After nearly two months of implementation, the two-tier local government model has been operating smoothly and is gradually stabilising. 

Vietnam on Monday marked the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, commemorating the 1945 uprising that brought the Communist Party of Vietnam to power under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh.

Vietnam has launched a nationwide digital campaign, “Proud of Vietnam - Coloring the Online Space Red”, to mark the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the country’s National Day on September 2.
