Local authorities said preparations are being coordinated across multiple agencies. The Hoi Phu Ward People’s Committee has established both the organising and social mobilisation committees, issued event regulations and stepped up promotional efforts.

Technical operations, including performance tracking systems and communications, are being handled by Vietrace365 Joint Stock Company, while the Gia Lai Marathon Club is supporting community engagement among runners.

Authorities from Hoi Phu, Pleiku and Dien Hong wards are jointly responsible for ensuring security, traffic management and urban order during the event.

At the meeting, delegates discussed measures to maintain public safety along the race route, improve operational efficiency and strengthen communications. Plans also include deploying medical teams, emergency vehicles and volunteers at water stations and key points along the course.

Organisers said all remaining preparations are expected to be completed by May 10, with the aim of delivering a safe and professionally run event.
