Provincial Party Secretary Thái Đại Ngọc has directed local authorities to make helping residents recover from the devastating Storm No. 13 an urgent and top priority, during an inspection of storm-hit coastal communes on Friday morning.

The Fatherland Front Committee of Kông Bơ La Commune has raised more than VND 124 million (approximately USD 4,870) to support residents in northern and north-central Vietnam affected by storms No. 10 and No. 11, as well as to contribute to the commune’s 2025 “For the poor” Fund.
