The contest is open to individuals or groups of up to three members, including university and college students, high school students, and young entrepreneurs.
Eligible participants also include business owners and operators of enterprises or production facilities established within the past five years.
Applicants are required to submit a registration form, a video clip introducing their project or idea, and a presentation file.
Submissions must be filed through local communes, wards, or the Youth Unions of universities and colleges.
The competition will be staged in three phases. The preliminary round and project assessments are scheduled from September 22 to October 5, 2025.
A semi-final round on October 13 will see judges, experts, and entrepreneurs conduct on-site evaluations and provide detailed feedback to help teams prepare for the final.
The concluding round will be held on October 31, when finalists will present and defend their projects before the judging panel.
Prizes will be awarded to outstanding entries, including first, second, and third places, along with a “promising project” award.
The top prize includes 10 million VND in direct support, a non-refundable startup grant of 20–50 million VND disbursed in phases, and a certificate of merit from the Gia Lai Provincial Youth Union.
Promising projects may also be recommended for inclusion in Gia Lai’s incubation program for innovative startups, giving them access to continued investment and development opportunities.
