* Promoting the Fatherland Front’s Role in Strengthening National Unity
-Mr. Nay Winh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Al Bá Commune
Over the past term, activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations have been renewed, effectively strengthening national unity and fostering social consensus.
Campaigns such as “All people unite to build new rural and civilized urban areas”, “The whole country joins hands for the poor”, and initiatives to eliminate makeshift housing have created broad impact.
“These achievements inspire solidarity and social responsibility, contributing to socio-economic development and safeguarding national defense,” Nay Winh said.
He called on Party committees to focus on building a strong Fatherland Front and mass organizations, enhancing staff quality, and promoting digital transformation in outreach efforts. He also emphasized strengthening dialogue channels to reflect public aspirations and improving mechanisms for supervision and social criticism.
* Party building and rectification as a central task
-Mr. Nguyễn Sáu - Secretary of Party Cell 2, Hội Thương Ward (Pleiku City)
In recent years, Party building and rectification have been carried out seriously, yielding notable results and reinforcing public trust in Party leadership.
According to Nguyễn Sáu, the upcoming term must consider Party building as a regular and continuous task, closely linked with studying and following Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, morality, and style.
“It is necessary to strengthen political and ideological education, resolutely fight against political, moral, and lifestyle degradation, and strictly handle manifestations of ‘self-evolution’ and ‘self-transformation,’” he said.
He added that integrating Hồ Chí Minh’s teachings into patriotic movements and socio-economic development tasks would create momentum for building a clean and strong Party.

* Improving the efficiency of local government
-Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Hà - Deputy Chairman of the People’s Committee, An Phú Ward
Since July 1, 2025, the two-tier local government model has gradually stabilized, making administrative procedures easier for residents and businesses.
However, Nguyễn Xuân Hà noted that reforms have been slow due to uneven technical infrastructure, limited digital skills, and shortages of trained professionals in planning, construction, land management, IT, and accounting.
He expressed hope that the Congress will issue effective policies to address these challenges, improve governance efficiency, and boost socio-economic development in An Phú Ward and Gia Lai Province.
* Harnessing youth potential for innovation
-Mr. Lê Huy Thục Secretary of the Youth Union, Tuy Phước Commune
Ahead of the Congress, Lê Huy Thục highlighted the expectations of young people in contributing to the province’s renewal and breakthrough.
He stressed the need for policies that empower youth to participate in socio-economic development, especially in rural and ethnic minority areas.
“With pioneering spirit, youth are ready to engage in volunteer movements, environmental protection, start-ups, and building a prosperous homeland,” he said. “We believe this Congress will mark a milestone, affirming youth as a pioneering force.”
