The event, themed “Marching forward steadfastly under the Party’s flag,” will gather mobile propaganda teams from the Centers for Culture, Information and Sports under the People’s Committees of communes and wards in the province’s western region.
Delegations of civil servants and public employees, each with no more than 20 members, will also participate.

Competitions will be held across four categories: oral propaganda (maximum 7 minutes), motivational art performances (maximum 25 minutes), informational skits (maximum 15 minutes), and the decoration and parade of propaganda vehicles.
The festival will highlight patriotism, the legacy of President Ho Chi Minh, and the nation’s cultural traditions.
It will also showcase achievements of the country and localities under Party leadership, while disseminating the results and significance of Party congresses leading up to the 1st provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress.
In addition, the event seeks to honor the contributions of generations of heroes who fought for national liberation and reunification.
It also aims to preserve and promote the unique cultural and artistic heritage of local communities.
