During the launch ceremony, delegates were introduced to the AI-driven support system and participated in a trial at the commune’s Public Administrative Service Center. The initiative aims to enhance productivity, reduce processing time, save budget resources, and improve transparency in local government operations.
Nguyễn Văn Dũng, Secretary of the Kông Bơ La Commune Party Committee, said the project reflects the commune leadership’s “proactive, creative, and bold” commitment to administrative reform and digital transformation to better serve citizens and enterprises.

He urged local agencies, the Public Administrative Service Center, and community organizations to continuously update data, monitor the system’s performance, and enhance its functionality.
The Secretary also called for broader communication efforts to guide residents and businesses in accessing online services and submitting documents, ensuring timely support during the transition.
The pilot phase will run from October 15 to November 15, after which the commune will gather feedback from users, report results, and propose an official launch plan for the AI-powered administrative portal.
The project is part of a broader digital governance effort across Gia Lai Province, aiming to create a more modern, efficient, and user-friendly public administration system.
