Gia Lai’s traffic police force praised for contributions at Vietnam’s A80 mission

(GLO) – Officers from the Gia Lai province’s police traffic division was praised for their role in ensuring security and traffic order during the parade marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day.

The Director of the Hanoi City Police and the Director of the Traffic Police Department presented the awards to those contributing to the mission, including the Gia Lai’s traffice police force.

Gia Lai’s 15-member police force, along with a specialized vehicle, were deployed to support Hanoi authorities in escorting delegations and managing traffic for the celebrations.

Their efforts were credited with contributing to the success and safety of the parade while promoting a positive public image of the traffic police.

In total, the Hanoi Police Department honored 34 units of provincial police divisions for their participation in Mission A80.

On the occasion, Major General Đỗ Thanh Bình, Director of the Traffic Police Department, also awarded 15 officers for their contributions to ensuring traffic order and safety during the event.
