Under the new arrangement, passenger speedboats serving the Quy Nhon–Cu Lao Xanh route will relocate their operations to Mui Tan Wharf on Xuan Dieu Street.

Local authorities said the new wharf is expected to improve service quality, provide greater convenience for visitors travelling to Nhon Chau Commune and help ease congestion.
