Infrastructure across Gia Lai suffered extensive damage. Roads, irrigation systems, public facilities, and urban greenery were either toppled or severely affected. The province endured prolonged power outages, communication breakdowns, and widespread isolation, disrupting daily life and economic activities.

Preliminary estimates put total economic losses at over VND 5,200 billion (about USD 208 million), a figure expected to rise as damage assessments continue.

Local authorities said the donation from Truong Hai Group, along with contributions from other businesses, has provided crucial encouragement for the province to speed up recovery, restore production, and stabilize livelihoods in the aftermath of the disaster.
