Organizers said the exhibition forms part of activities marking the National Tourism Year – Gia Lai 2026 and aims to strengthen creative exchanges between painters and sculptors from Gia Lai province and Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Meritorious Artist Đặng Công Hưng, chairman of the Gia Lai Literature and Arts Association, said the exhibition serves not only as a platform to showcase contemporary artistic achievements but also as an opportunity to promote the cultural values, natural beauty and dynamic life of Gia Lai to the public.
“Each artwork represents a unique perspective, a distinct voice, and tells its own story about life, nature and humanity from the artist’s point of view,” he said.
He added that the exhibition also reflects solidarity among artists who share a commitment to building “an open, humane and inspiring creative environment.”
