The awards were presented during the festival's closing ceremony, where the organizing committee recognized outstanding performances from participating troupes across the country.
The Gia Lai Provincial Cultural Center's public art troupe earned a silver medal in the themed program category for Đại ngàn chạm biển xanh (Mountains embrace the blue sea).
Its Bai Choi performance Nhớ ơn Bác Hồ (Grateful to President Ho Chi Minh) received a gold medal, while the folk instrumental ensemble Nhịp điệu quê hương (Rhythms of the Homeland) and the medley Đại ngàn chạm biển xanh (Mountains embrace the blue sea) each won silver medals.
The Dam San Theater also secured a silver medal in the themed program category for Gia Lai - Land of Epics. Its Jrai epic storytelling performance Lời kể bên nhà rông (Tales by the Rong House Fire) won a gold medal, while the Jrai folk song Hái cà đắng (Harvesting Bitter Eggplant) and the instrumental ensemble Mừng mùa vui trên buôn làng ngày mới (Celebrating Joyful Days in the Village) each received silver medals.
In addition to the performance awards, musician Trần Kim Vân, an official with the Cultural Affairs Department of the Gia Lai Provincial Cultural Center, and Bùi Thị Thắm, Deputy Head of the Public Culture and Arts Department at the Dam San Theater, were awarded certificates of merit by the Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library for their outstanding contributions to the festival.
Organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the 2026 National Three-Region Folk Singing and Instrumental Performance Festival was held in Hue City from July 4 to July 8, 2026. The event attracted 27 public art troupes from provinces and cities across Vietnam.
