Gia Lai Province’s Department of Science and Technology on Sunday held Demo Day 2025, a programme designed to connect investors with local startup projects and attract capital for early-stage businesses.
The event showcased four projects from Nep Viet Heritage Joint Stock Company, FTES Educational Technology Solutions Co., Ltd., Truong Gia Food Co., Ltd., and Aplus Technologies Co., Ltd., spanning a range of sectors.
Project representatives presented their products, business models, development roadmaps, branding strategies and investment requirements to investors and experts in startups and innovation. The sessions included feedback and practical advice aimed at refining products and guiding businesses towards sustainable growth.
According to the Department of Science and Technology, Gia Lai has made notable progress under its “Support for Gia Lai Province’s innovative startup ecosystem 2019-2025” programme. More than 2,000 individuals and entrepreneurs have taken part in training courses, workshops and awareness activities on innovative entrepreneurship.
The initiative has incubated 105 ideas and projects, with 16 startups and businesses receiving mentoring and acceleration support. Authorities have also established a network of 88 local mentors and 100 angel investors to assist emerging ventures.
Organisers said Demo Day 2025 served as a platform not only to introduce innovative projects but also to foster partnerships, collaboration opportunities and fundraising prospects, supporting the continued development of the province’s startup ecosystem.
