Organized by the Gia Lai Provincial Taekwondo Federation in coordination with the Pleiku Ward Youth Union, the event brought together the eight strongest teams that advanced from an online preliminary round involving 22 Taekwondo clubs.
The finalists were Lion Taekwondo Quy Nhơn, Cao Võ Đường, Phước Mỹ, Krông Pa Alpha, Chư Păh, Taekwondo Lê Hồng Phong, the Pleiku Center for Training and Sports Competition, and the Gia Lai Provincial Team.
During the final, teams presented carefully choreographed Taekwondo musical performances that combined martial arts techniques with music and stage production. Dynamic formations, synchronized movements and group routines created an energetic atmosphere that drew large numbers of local residents and visitors.
Many teams incorporated Vietnamese melodies and traditional cultural elements into their performances, highlighting local identity while promoting the spirit of martial arts.
Cao Võ Đường Club secured second prize, while Taekwondo Lê Hồng Phong Club and the Gia Lai Provincial Team shared third place. Consolation prizes were awarded to Lion Taekwondo Quy Nhơn, Krông Pa Alpha, Chư Păh, and the Pleiku Center for Training and Sports Competition.
The competition ran from April 25 to June 6 and attracted 22 Taekwondo clubs. In the preliminary stage, teams submitted video performances of up to seven minutes for online evaluation by organizers.
The event was organized to mark the 30th anniversary of the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation and provided an opportunity for Taekwondo clubs to connect, promote physical fitness and expand the reach of martial arts within the community.
