The event, licensed by Gia Lai provincial authorities and organized by the Vietnam Businesswomen Pageant Group, was broadcast live on the digital platforms of Gia Lai Broadcasting and Newspaper.
Thu, CEO of Truong Thinh International Human Resources JSC, also won two subsidiary titles, Best in Business Attire and Most Talented, following her confident and heartfelt response during the Q&A round.
When asked about her greatest motivation and advice to young people, she said faith, aspiration, and perseverance had guided her entrepreneurial journey and urged the youth to “dare to dream and take small steps toward their goals.”
The finale featured 18 contestants from across Vietnam competing in three segments: business attire, áo dài (traditional dress), and evening gown.
The collections presented included “Ladies of the Land of Martial Arts and Literature” by designer Thân Hoàng Bích Thủy, “Waves of Light – The Legend of Quy Nhơn Sea” by Tony Phạm, and “Dawn on the Waves – The Goddess’s Radiance” by Tommy Nguyễn.
Titles were also presented to other outstanding contestants:
First runner-up: Đinh Thị Hiệp (Da Nang)
Second runners-up: Nguyễn Hương Giang and Nguyễn Kim Ngọc (Hanoi)
Third runners-up: Phạm Thị Lan, Phan Thị Ánh Nga (Hanoi), and Đỗ Thị Phương Liên (Ninh Bình)
Miss Compassion: Trần Thị Phương (Ninh Bình)

The finale also featured musical performances by singers Ngọc Sơn, Quách Tuấn Du and Sang Nakun, adding a vibrant atmosphere to the evening.
In a charitable highlight, the organizing committee, contestants, and audience raised 54,460,000 VND (approximately USD 2,100) to support Central Vietnam residents affected by storms and floods.
Singer-songwriter Ngọc Sơn personally donated an additional 100 million VND (about USD 3,900).
The total amount was transferred to the Gia Lai provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to aid disaster-affected communities.
During the opening speech, Đặng Gia Bena, President of Miss Business World and founder of the pageant, emphasized that the event aimed to “promote Gia Lai’s image, cultural values, and compassion through meaningful activities,” including charity events, fashion shows, and community engagement programs.
