The projects, totaling more than 3 kilometers in length, were constructed in three critical areas: the Chư Răng 2 electric pumping station in Pờ Tó commune, Quý Đức hamlet, and near the Ia Kdăm Bridge in Ia Pa commune.

Implemented between July and December 2024, the projects were funded by the Central Government’s 2023 contingency budget, with an investment of VND 150 billion (USD 6 million).

The Gia Lai provincial management board for construction investment projects served as the investor.

The works include four main sections, featuring sloped embankment structures, cement concrete road surfaces, a drainage system, stairways, and vehicle pull-off areas.

After completion, the projects underwent inspection and acceptance testing to ensure quality and compliance with operational standards.

Local authorities said the embankments will play a crucial role in preventing erosion, protecting agricultural production, safeguarding lives and property, and improving rural transportation.
