The model, implemented since 2023 in Hội Sơn and Phù Mỹ Tây communes, involved 18 households on four hectares.
Farmers received 50% financial support for seeds and materials, training, and technical guidance from the provincial agricultural extension center.

According to Center Director Huỳnh Việt Hùng, all pilot areas have been certified VietGAP. Yields in Hội Sơn reached 6.38 tons per hectare, 0.64 tons higher than non-participating groups, while Phù Mỹ Tây recorded 5.82 tons per hectare, up 0.6 tons. Profits ranged from 110 to 200 million VND (USD 4,300–7,850) per hectare.
Mr. Hùng said the program lays the foundation to expand nearly 60 hectares of VietGAP-compliant cultivation in 2025, alongside maintaining one hectare in Phù Mỹ Tây.
Hoi Son commune officials noted that four households in Đại Khoan hamlet cultivated two hectares under the model, with profits exceeding 100 million VND (USD 3,925) per hectare.
Farmers reported more efficient pesticide and fertilizer use, higher survival rates, and stronger market access for safe products.

Individual participants echoed the benefits. Farmer Nguyễn Thị Loan earned 40–50 million VND (USD 1,570–1,960) annually on 1,800 square meters, while Trần Thị Thu Hường said she continues applying VietGAP practices even after the project ended.
In Phù Mỹ Tây, 14 households also achieved higher yields and stronger demand from traders after adopting new techniques.
To sustain growth, the Center plans to work with certification agencies and provide continued technical guidance.
Officials emphasized the need to develop consumption linkages through cooperatives and enterprises to ensure stable prices, product safety, and long-term farmer participation.
