In the presentation round, contestants will draw lots to select a topic introducing a prominent tourist attraction or landmark in Gia Lai. The round will test their expertise, adaptability and ability to explain the province’s cultural, historical and scenic attractions to visitors.

Organizers plan to award 12 prizes: one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and six consolation prizes.

The competition will also provide a forum for tourism professionals to exchange experience and help identify and develop personnel for major provincial tourism events. Organizers aim to raise guiding standards to meet growing market demands.

Interested organizations, units and individuals can submit the registration form to the Dam San General Song and Dance Theater before November 5. Further information is available from Nguyễn Xuân Tập, head of the Tourism Promotion Information Department, on 0931 648 678.
