“We have determined that, in addition to promoting the role, position, and youthful energy of young people, accompanying youth union members and the public is a very important task for the Youth Union. The 'Spring at the Border - Tet on the Islands' program, implemented by the Central Youth Union in many provinces and cities, aims to realize this mission. The Central Youth Union and its affiliated units always share the difficulties faced by the people and will continue to accompany and support them so that they can soon stabilize their lives,” emphasized Bui Quang Huy.
