Lieutenant Phạm Thanh Tú, 29, Deputy Head of the Provincial Police Youth Committee, has led a series of reforms in public legal outreach since assuming his post in 2024.
Under his direction, police youth units have intensified communication on drug prevention, traffic safety, fire prevention and cybersecurity through school sessions, residential workshops and events in ethnic minority communities. These activities include distributing helmets, fire extinguishers and legal handbooks.
Tú has also integrated artificial intelligence tools and digital platforms into communication campaigns to make legal content more accessible to young people. He is noted for advancing the “Learning to be a pơolice officer” programme, a multi-day course providing children with training in discipline, survival skills, traditional education and community service.
Although working in different fields, these young Party members share a common trait: leading by example through concrete results and earning the trust of youth union members.
It is their willingness to think boldly, act decisively, and their aspiration to contribute to their homeland that has shaped the positive image of the new generation of young Party members in the province.

In ethnic minority areas, young Party member and entrepreneur Kpuih Thuận, 33, was recognised in December 2025 by the Provincial Youth Union as an outstanding ethnic minority entrepreneur. Since joining the Party in 2017, Thuận has focused on modelling responsible behaviour in daily community life.
After graduating from the Central Highlands Forestry Intermediate School in 2017, he launched a nursery supplying seedlings to local farmers and developed 1.5 hectares of coffee and 4 hectares of cashew.
His annual income exceeds 260 million VND (approximately USD 10,600). He has shared cultivation techniques with youth union members to help improve local livelihoods.
As Deputy Head of the Đức Cơ commune T’rưng Club, Thuận also leads cultural activities, drawing around 20 young participants to regular performances. He has studied traditional rituals such as communal-house worship and water-source ceremonies, and teaches basket-weaving and other skills to preserve local heritage.
In Hoài Nhơn Nam ward, Youth Union Secretary Huỳnh Thùy Linh, 31, has earned recognition for initiatives that strengthen public participation and social support. Her “suggestion box for Party and government building via QR code” model has been deployed across 15 neighbourhoods, enabling residents to quickly submit feedback to authorities.
Linh and her executive committee have mobilised community support for humanitarian relief. In 2025, the ward’s Youth Union donated more than 900 aid packages worth over 300 million VND (about USD 12,300) to flood-affected households, and provided 12 packages valued at 60 million VND (about USD 2,460) for families severely impacted by natural disasters. Early in 2026, the “Loving spring – Sharing Tet” campaign delivered 200 gifts worth 100 million VND (about USD 4,100) to Sơn Lang commune.
She has also advanced longer-term projects, including the “Gratitude garden” for war veterans and a “Youth garden” initiative. Linh said young Party members must “pioneer innovation, take on difficult tasks and work with accountability” to inspire broader youth participation.
