The afternoon tour, titled “Farm Trip - Experience the Gia Lai Agricultural Value Chain”, included stops at Nem Chả Chợ Huyện Olala in Tuy Phước Commune and Ca Farm Organic in Canh Vinh Commune. Beauty queens Nguyễn Thị Yến Nhi and Emoura Phạm joined the delegation.
The programme formed part of the seminar “Cinema – Television – Short Video and Cuisine in Promoting Tourism”, organised by the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association in coordination with the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee.
At Nem Chả Chợ Huyện Olala, delegates learned about the brand’s development and how its signature nem and chả products are made.
The visit explored the traditions behind these regional specialties and local producers’ efforts to preserve them, with a focus on product quality and brand value.
The delegation then toured Ca Farm Organic to learn about its approach to organic agriculture and sustainable development.
Participants explored cultivation, crop care, preliminary processing and the preservation of agricultural products.
Discussions covered the benefits of organic farming for product quality and environmental protection, alongside its role in meeting growing market demand.
Through visits and promotional activities, the programme aims to raise the profile of Gia Lai’s agricultural products, highlight their quality and potential, and strengthen their appeal.
