Gia Lai opens photo exhibition celebrating provincial Party Committee’s legacy

(GLO) – The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee on Thursday inaugurated a photo exhibition titled “The Gia Lai provincial Party Committee - Proudly continuing a glorious tradition”, marking the 1st Congress of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The exhibition, which runs from October 1 to 12, features more than 200 photographs and valuable documents highlighting the province’s revolutionary struggle, nation-building, and achievements in economics, culture, society, and national defense-security.

The exhibition is divided into six sections: Historical milestones; Building the Party and Government; Achievements in the economic sector; Achievements in culture and society; The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; Studying and following Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, morality and style (2020-2025); and national defense and security.

In her opening address, Nguyễn Thị Thanh Lịch, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee, said the exhibition is a major cultural and artistic event with profound political and social significance.

She emphasized that it affirms the revolutionary pride of Gia Lai’s ethnic communities, strengthens unity, and inspires determination to implement the Resolution of the first Provincial Party Congress while welcoming the 14th National Party Congress.

“The exhibition not only reflects history but also carries a message that every official, Party member, and citizen of Gia Lai has the responsibility to preserve and promote tradition, contributing to building a more prosperous, civilized, and modern province,” Lịch said.
