The review covered infrastructure completion, decoration, activity zones, and the lighting–sound–stage systems along Phung Hung Street and the embankment of Hoi Phu Stream.
Phuoc directed all units to accelerate remaining work, ensure urban aesthetics and safety, and promptly resolve any outstanding issues to secure a dignified and smooth launch. He emphasized maintaining strict public order, traffic safety, and environmental sanitation throughout the event.
To reinforce security, the ward police were assigned to coordinate with military forces, the self-defense militia, and community management teams. The units will increase patrols, manage traffic flows, provide designated parking areas with on-site personnel, and prevent congestion or safety incidents.
Specialized departments were instructed to continue reviewing the operating conditions of business households, focusing on food safety, environmental hygiene, price listings, and service quality. Violations will be strictly handled to safeguard a civilized and safe business environment.
Phuoc also called for the rapid completion of urban beautification efforts, including uniform arrangements of advertising signs, booths, and community spaces. Enhanced decoration with flags, flowers, and banners is expected to create a vibrant setting for community activities and tourism. Authorities aim for “Cho Nho night street” to operate efficiently after its opening and become a highlight of the ward’s urban landscape and nighttime economy.
