Gia Lai hospital staff trained to improve management and communication skills

(GLO) – PMED Medical Management and Operations Joint Stock Company organized a two-day training workshop on October 2-3 in Pleiku to enhance management, communication, and interpersonal skills for healthcare workers at Gia Lai provincial Children’s Hospital.

The program, led by Master Tran Tien Thinh from PMED, focused on two main topics: “Leadership and management for driving change”, targeted at hospital leaders, department heads, and deputies, and “The art of communication and developing a healthcare service mindset,” which involved all hospital staff.

Participants took part in open discussions and interactive sessions to share experiences in managing communication and real-life interactions between healthcare workers, patients, and their families.

The training aimed to help staff strengthen leadership capacity, improve service quality, and enhance patient satisfaction, key goals in the hospital’s effort to attract more patients and foster sustainable growth.
