At the programme, a representative of the Department of Higher Education briefed students on the latest regulations governing university and college admissions for 2026. A counseling panel comprising representatives from leading institutions—including Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Science under Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; Ho Chi Minh City University of Law; Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry; Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy; Lilama 2 International Technology College; and the Political Officers School under the Ministry of National Defense, provided guidance on admissions methods, training facilities and scholarship opportunities.

Students actively raised questions about selecting suitable majors and universities aligned with their interests and abilities, as well as employment prospects after graduation. Panel members offered detailed responses, helping students clarify academic pathways and career orientations.

Alongside the main counseling session, participating institutions set up admissions booths to provide in-depth information on training programmes, learning environments and career opportunities. Organisers said the activities were designed to equip students with essential knowledge and practical insights ahead of the 2026 university admissions season.
