Twelve teachers from Le Van Tam Primary and Secondary School, Nguyen Hue Secondary School and Pham Hong Thai Secondary School entered the two-round contest, the ward’s People’s Committee said.
In the first round, participants delivered presentations outlining solutions that have demonstrably improved class management at their schools. The proposals had to be certified by school principals, registered for the first time in the competition and not previously used for individual commendations.
The second round required teachers to conduct an educational activity, including a class meeting, experiential session or career-orientation lesson. The sessions had to be taught for the first time to the actual class, without prior rehearsal or trial during the school year.
Organizers said the competition aims to identify and honor exemplary homeroom teachers while promoting best practices and strengthening community engagement in education.
