The project will occupy approximately 1,765.55 square meters at 274–276 Truong Chinh Street.
It is intended to accommodate a small or medium-sized supermarket, convenience stores, retail and product display spaces, food and beverage services, healthcare facilities and indoor entertainment areas, supported by integrated technical infrastructure.
Buildings will range from one to five stories, with a maximum building coverage of 64.8% and a six-meter setback from the designated road boundary.
The project must be completed within 24 months of official recognition of the land use rights auction results.
This includes four months for the investor to complete procedures before construction begins and no more than 20 months to build all project components.
The project will have a 50-year operating term, starting from the date of the decision on land allocation, land lease or conversion of land use purposes.
The provincial People’s Committee has instructed the East An Nhon Ward People’s Committee to inventory public assets and prepare a plan for their handling before the auction.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center will prepare the auction plan and assess the remaining value of buildings and other assets attached to the land to help establish the starting price. It will also organize the auction in accordance with regulations.
Relevant agencies and ward authorities will oversee implementation to ensure regulatory compliance and connections to the area’s technical infrastructure.
