At the ceremony, Chairman Đoàn Nguyên Đức also announced that more than 300 additional officers and staff members would each receive 10,000 HAGL shares.
Mr. Đoàn Nguyên Đức said the rewards acknowledge employees who have remained loyal and committed to the Group through difficult periods. He highlighted that their dedication and resilience formed the foundation for HAGL’s gradual recovery and improved performance in recent years.
The housing grants aim to help employees secure stable accommodation and reinforce long-term commitment to the Group, he added. HAGL said the initiative underscores its goal of building a sustainable workforce as it pursues a strategy to become Vietnam’s leading agricultural enterprise by 2030.
