Of this, the disbursement of capital from the previous year's plan, which is permitted to be carried over into 2025, amounts to VND 273.16 billion; while the disbursement for the 2025 capital plan is VND 9,276.11 billion.
Currently, project investors are making efforts to speed up the construction progress of key projects, so the rate of investment capital disbursement is expected to increase significantly in the near future. In cases where project progress does not meet requirements, the Department of Finance will advise the Provincial People's Committee to reallocate capital plans to pay for completed work volumes of projects with better progress.
Gia Lai aims to disburse over 90% of its 2025 public investment capital plan by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, and to reach 100% disbursement by January 31, 2026.
