Authorities said starting prices for all stalls will follow valuation certificates issued by an accredited appraisal unit, forming the basis for a public and transparent auction process in line with legal requirements.

Eligible bidders include individuals, organisations, business households and legally established enterprises with a valid business purpose. Parties prohibited under Vietnamese law from participating in auctions will not be allowed to join.

Officials said the auction aims to create lawful business opportunities while improving service quality at the food street and night market, supporting entertainment and culinary demand among residents and visitors.
