The 116-hectare project, part of the province’s high-tech agricultural zone, features synchronized infrastructure including concrete roads, a full power and telecommunications network, water treatment facilities, warehouses, and support structures.
The investor has also built 10 greenhouses with 14 rearing ponds, 17 pairs of net houses containing 8 ponds each, and a hatchery with closed-system ponds.
CEO Che Thanh Hung said the entire pond system applies Israel’s greenhouse and net house technologies, ensuring structural durability and high mechanization. Processes meet strict microclimate, biological, and pest-control standards, while water treatment uses recirculating systems developed in Germany and the United States.
Broodstock at the complex is selectively bred for disease safety, high yields, and strong resistance. Biofloc and probiotic farming technologies are implemented across all ponds, with fully automated monitoring of temperature, salinity, pH, and other water parameters. Automated feeding systems minimize waste and pond pollution, while advanced diagnostic and testing tools enhance disease prevention.
The investment in modern equipment allows high-density stocking and multiple production cycles annually. Company representatives said shrimp grow quickly and uniformly, delivering yields far above traditional intensive methods without causing environmental pollution. The farm has reported no disease outbreaks.
Storm No. 13 damaged parts of the water treatment system, warehouses, greenhouses, and net houses, destroying 10 tons of shrimp. Despite the losses, shrimp nearing harvest remained unaffected.
Production Director Nguyen Hoai Nam said 60% of the second crop of 2025 has been harvested, producing 1,000 tons of high-quality shrimp that sold immediately despite high prices. The remaining 400 tons will be harvested soon, with total revenue estimated at VND 200 billion (approx. USD 8 million) and net profit around VND 70 billion (approx. USD 2.8 million).
The complex employs 150 workers, offering high and stable incomes. Bonus schemes for exceptional crop performance, sometimes exceeding VND 200 million (approx. USD 8,000) per person, have strengthened workforce motivation and contributed to the project’s long-term development.
