The course runs every Saturday morning throughout October and November 2025, offering hands-on instruction aimed at strengthening foundational AI capabilities.

Following completion of the initial course, TORmem and Leap AI plan to expand the program with more advanced, practice-focused modules. The next phase will adopt a blended format combining online and in-person training.

Organizers also intend to widen participation to include high school students and local engineers, with the goal of developing a stronger technology workforce in the region.

Highlighting the program’s broader purpose, Nguyễn An Thạo, Founder & CEO of TORmem, said the initiative reflects a commitment to building sustainable AI talent in Quy Nhon and Gia Lai. He emphasized the importance of long-term workforce development to position Central Vietnam as an emerging hub on the country’s technology map.
