Organized by Enterprise Asia, the APEA recognizes pioneering enterprises across the region for excellence in innovation, sustainable growth, and corporate social responsibility.
The twin honors mark a major milestone for Vinh Hiep, underscoring its transformation from a family-run business into one of Vietnam’s leading coffee exporters.

The company now operates in more than 60 countries and contributed over USD 769 million (approximately VND 18.9 trillion) in export value during the 2024–2025 season, accounting for 9.3% of Vietnam’s total coffee export turnover.
Driven by its core philosophy of “kindness–integrity–quality,” Vinh Hiep has positioned itself at the forefront of sustainable coffee production. The company’s operations adhere to USDA organic and EU organic standards, alongside global certifications including 4C, rainforest alliance, ISO, and HACCP.

In recent years, Vinh Hiep has accelerated its digital transformation, implemented carbon emission management systems, and aligned operations with the European Union deforestation regulation (EUDR), enhancing its competitiveness within the global coffee supply chain.
Beyond economic achievements, Vinh Hiep emphasizes social responsibility through a wide range of CSR and ESG programs, supporting Central Highlands farmers, promoting reforestation, ensuring access to clean water, and nurturing future leaders in the industry.
At the awards ceremony, Mr. Thai Nhu Hiep dedicated the recognition to “more than 15,000 farming households in the Central Highlands, the Vinh Hiep team, and our global partners who have worked together to build a transparent, responsible, and sustainable coffee industry for a greener future.”
The “double win” at APEA 2025 not only symbolizes national pride for Vinh Hiep Gia Lai but also reinforces the global reputation of Vietnamese coffee, elevating the Gia Lai–Central Highlands coffee brand on the world stage.
