Gia Lai ranks eighth nationwide in public and business service delivery in October

Gia Lai province has secured the 8th position among 34 provinces and cities nationwide in October 2025 for its performance in serving citizens and businesses through administrative procedures and public service delivery, according to the National Public Service Portal.

The province earned top marks across several categories: transparency scored a perfect 18/18 points; processing progress reached 18.3/20; online services 8.1/12; online payment 7.5/10; satisfaction level 18/18; and digitalization of records 17.1/22.

A report from the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee showed that between September 21 and October 20, 2025, authorities received 139,506 administrative dossiers, including 115,865 new submissions, 107,152 filed online and 8,713 submitted in person or by post, along with 23,641 carried over from the previous period.

Of these, 113,295 dossiers were processed, with 109,447 completed on or ahead of schedule and 3,848 handled late. Another 26,068 dossiers remain under processing, including 19,972 within the deadline and 4,104 overdue.

During the month, the Provincial People’s Committee issued 20 decisions announcing a list of 201 administrative procedures, comprising 14 newly introduced, 172 revised or supplemented, and 15 abolished. Seventeen additional decisions approved internal processes for resolving 148 procedures, which have been integrated into the provincial administrative procedure resolution information system for digital processing across departments and localities.

The provincial chairman also directed agencies and localities to implement the “system for receiving and handling feedback and recommendations,” aimed at addressing operational issues at the commune level.

In October, the system received 412 submissions through the National Public Service Portal. Of these, 267 were processed and publicly disclosed on time, while 145 remain under review. No cases were recorded as overdue or delayed.
