In his closing remarks, Chairman Pham Anh Tuan praised the positive results but urged departments, agencies and localities to act decisively and effectively in September.

He emphasized promoting a “swift action” spirit in socio-economic management and applying the “six clarities”: clear person, task, timeline, responsibility, product and authority.

He called for maximizing resources, enhancing creativity and flexibility, placing people and businesses at the center and promptly addressing challenges facing citizens and enterprises.

Priorities for September include boosting agriculture, industry, services, tourism, import-export, budget revenue, and public investment.

Authorities were also tasked with monitoring enterprise operations, revising policies, accelerating administrative reform, and advancing digital government.

The chairman stressed social welfare, poverty reduction, healthcare, education, defense, security, and public order, while preparing for the Patriotic Emulation Congress and the first provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
