Provincial leaders noted that Typhoon Kalmaegi and subsequent flooding caused extensive damage, hindering progress in several areas.

Authorities implemented emergency support, stabilized livelihoods and resumed economic activity shortly after the disaster.

In closing remarks, Chairman Tuấn outlined priorities for 2026, urging departments to shift from “management and control” to a governance model focused on service, innovation and measurable results.

He instructed sectors to detail project timelines and calculate growth contributions for 2026, which will be distributed to localities.

The Chairman also called for unified action across the government system, with performance results serving as the basis for evaluating officials.
